These terms govern your use of this website and any quotes or orders placed through it, between you and Naren & Pree.

Quotes & pricing

Quotes are indicative and subject to stock and confirmation; prices exclude VAT unless stated and may change. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order.

Trade accounts

Trade pricing, credit and account facilities are subject to a separate account agreement and status. Credit-limited orders may require payment before dispatch.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store card details.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of the relevant order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
